Revisió sistemática sobre les actuacions dels testimonis en situacions de bullying

[cat] El bullying és un element que actualment encara es troba molt present dins la societat, especialment dins la vida dels nins i nines i els/les adolescents. Aquest tipus de violència ocupa un lloc central en el dia a dia de les aules i els centres escolars, per tant, és important donar-li una resposta integral i conjunta per tal d’acabar amb aquests tipus de comportaments. En tota situació de bullying hi apareixen tres agents molt principals: l’agressor/a, la víctima i els/les testimonis. Històricament s’ha posat la major part de l’atenció en els dos primers i s’ha deixat de banda el paper dels observadors en aquestes situacions. Els testimonis del bullying tenen un paper essencial en el desenvolupament o cessament de situacions d’assetjament escolar. És per això que hi ha una forta necessitat d’introduir- los en major mesura dins les investigacions i actuacions preventives o d’intervenció destinades al bullying. El gran nombre d’articles que parlen de l’assetjament escolar però que deixen de banda el paper dels testimonis dona un idea de la falta d’informació que hi ha sobre “el tercer agent” del bullying. És convenient posar més èmfasi en la investigació dels testimonis i descobrir quins són els seus comportaments, amb quina intensitat, degut a quins factors (gènere, edat, cultura, etc.) i quines són les conseqüències de la seva acció o inacció davant situacions d’assetjament escolar.

[eng] Bullying is an element that is still very present in the sound-scene, especially in the life of children and teenagers. This type of violence occupies a center place in the day-today classrooms and school centers, so it is important to give it a comprehensive and joint response to end these types of behavior. In any boiling situation, three major agents appear: the aggressor, the victim and the witness. Historically, most of the attention has been paid to the first two and the role of observers in these situations has been neglected. Witnesses of bullying play an essential role in the development or caessment of bullying situations. That is why there is a strong need for them to be more involved in preventive of intervention investigations and actions aimed at bullying. The large number of articles about bullying but leaving aside the role of witnesses gives an insight into the lack of information about bullying’s third agent. It is appropriate to emphasize witness research and to discover what their behaviors are, at what intensity, due to what factors (gender, age, culture, etc.) and what the consequences of their action or inaction in situations of bullying are.
