El desenvolupament del rol docent i els beneficis que comporta introduir el projecte de Filosofia 3/18 a les aules

Abstract

[cat] Implantar el projecte de Filosofia 3/18 en els centres educatius comporta uns beneficis globals tant per als infants com pel desenvolupament del rol docent. Aquest contempla una imatge d’infant competent i protagonista del seu aprenentatge. L’objectiu d’aquest treball d’investigació és saber com intervé aquest projecte en el desenvolupament del rol docent i més concretament, conèixer la formació necessària prèvia, les estratègies d’intervenció, les habilitats i les actituds necessàries per dur-ho a terme. Finalment, es farà una proposta educativa del procés d’intervenció del docent per posar en pràctica aquest projecte amb alumnes d’educació infantil.

[eng] Implementing the Philosophy 3/18 project in schools has global benefits both for the children and for the development of the teaching role. The latter envisages an image of a competent child who is the protagonist of his or her learning. The aim of this research work is to find out how this project intervenes in the development of the teaching role and, more specifically, to find out the necessary prior training, intervention strategies, skills and attitudes required to carry it out. Finally, an educational proposal will be made for the teacher's intervention process in order to put this project into practice with early childhood education pupils.
