L'impacte del rol docent de l'escola El Martinet en els infants de la Comunitat de Grans

[cat] La rellevància de la figura de la mestra en la societat és l’objecte d’estudi d'aquesta investigació. Per tal de donar resposta a aquesta qüestió s’ha dut a terme un procés d’observacions i registres, durant el transcurs de quatre mesos, a l’escola-institut El Martinet de Barcelona. L’escola, la qual es divideix per Comunitats, és un context educatiu real que lluita per l’educació pública de qualitat. S’han observat 3 de les Comunitats de les quals habiten el centre (3- 5, 6-8, 9-11 anys) amb l’objectiu d’observar, per una banda, les competències docents del rol de l’escola i, en segon lloc, interpretar aquestes observacions per tal de respondre a la pregunta d’investigació: quin impacte ha tengut aquest tipus de rol en els infants de la Comunitat dels Grans (9-11 anys)? Les conclusions extretes afirmen que l’acompanyament del rol docent ha impactat significativament en la construcció de la identitat dels infants.

[eng] The relevance of the figure of the teacher in society is the object of study of this research. In order to answer this question, a process of observations and records was carried out over the course of four months at the El Martinet school-institut in Barcelona. The school, which is divided into communities, is a real educational context that fights for quality public education. Three of the school's communities (3-5, 6-8, 9-11 years old) were observed in order to observe, on the one hand, the teaching skills of the school's role and, secondly, to interpret these observations in order to answer the research question: what impact did this type of role have on the children of the Senior Community (9-11 years old)? The conclusions drawn affirm that the accompaniment of the teaching role has had a significant impact on the construction of the children's identity.
