Ponts de comunicació: el moment d'entrada i sortida

[cat] Aquest treball analitza els moments d'entrada i sortida a una escoleta 0-3 de Palma, centrant-se en les interaccions entre docents i famílies. Els objectius principals inclouen l'anàlisi de l'espai físic de rebuda i comiat, la identificació de les habilitats comunicatives de les docents, i la comunicació que s'estableix durant aquests moments. A través d’una metodologia que es basa en una recerca empírica qualitativa mitjançant d'observacions, entrevistes i enquestes, es mostraran els resultats i les anàlisis d'aquestes interaccions.

[eng] This work analyzes the moments of entry and exit at a 0-3 school in Palma, focusing on the interactions between teachers and families. The main objectives include the analysis of the physical space of reception and commission, the identification of the communication skills of the teachers and the communication that is established during these moments. Through a methodology that is based on qualitative empirical research based on observations, interviews and questions, the results and analysis of these interactions are shown.
