[eng] This investigation shows the confirmation of a questionnaire designed to identify the
psychological dynamics in work teams. The questionnaire’s theoretical interest lies in
the interaction of five different theories: Cooperation, Cohesion, Communicating
Coordination, Integration and Identification. This questionnaire (Cooperative
Workteams Questionnaire, CWQ) allows the creation of psychological profiles that
occur in a work team. The questionnaire was administrated to 108 participants
that occupy different workplaces, concluding in a satisfactory reliability of the
mentioned questionnaire.
