Gestió i resolució de conflictes a través de l'educació emocional

Abstract

[cat] L’educació emocional és un terme que s’ha de tractar en diversos nivells, social, cultural i educatiu. A més, s’ha d’establir una correlació directa amb el tractament, gestió i resolució dels conflictes. Així doncs, es pretén millorar les competències emocionals, aprenent a conèixer quin n’és el concepte i els elements que hi formen part i influeixen indirectament a l’autoregulació emocional de les persones, l’autoestima, l’ira i el dol. Tot i això, s’hi estableix una necessitat de conèixer què són els conflictes i quins són els més freqüents segons els diversos contextos. Amb tot, es pretén reafirmar la necessitat de tractar aquests termes des d’una edat primerenca en l’àmbit educatiu, fomentant una major participació per part de la comunitat educativa mitjançant una sèrie d’activitats i pautes d’actuació establertes que guiaran el seu aprenentatge i tractament.

[eng] The emotional education is a term that has to treat in several levels, social, cultural and educational. Besides, has to establish a direct correlation with the treatment, management and resolution of the conflicts. Like this then, it pretends improve the emotional competitions, learning to know which is the concept and the elements that form part and influence indirectly to the autorregulació emotional of the people, the self-esteem, the ire and the deceit. All and this, establishes a need to know what are the conflicts and which are the most frequent as the diverse contexts. With all, pretends restate the need to treat these terms since an early age in the educational field, fomentant a greater participation for part of the educational community by means of a series of activities and pautes of performance established that will guide his learning and treatment.
