La Educación Emocional: un reto educativo

[spa] Igual que sucede con otro tipo de temas, no existe una definición clara sobre el concepto de emoción, aunque si una aproximación entre las características y elementos que la conforman. Tras años de investigación en este campo, se sabe a ciencia exacta, que las emociones tienen una influencia determinante en el desarrollo de las personas. Por ello, la importancia de introducir la Educación Emocional en las escuelas y tratar las emociones durante los primeros años de vida, ya que si se enseñamos a los niños a identificar y gestionar sus emociones, en un sentido más amplio, les ayudaremos a integrarse de forma más saludable en la sociedad. A lo largo del presente Trabajo de Fin de Grado se desarrollan una serie de reflexiones que nos ayudan a profundizar sobre la Educación Emocional y los beneficios que aporta a la enseñanza. Asimismo, se aportan diferentes propuestas para dar paso a una educación afectiva que domine la tradición cognitiva que gobierna las aulas.

[eng] As with other subjects, there is no clear definition of the concept of emotion, although there is an approximation between the characteristics and the elements that make it up. After years of research in this field, it is known, that emotions have a determining influence on the development. Therefore, the importance of introducing Emotional Education in schools and treating emotions during the first years of life, if we teach children to identify and manage their emotions, we will help them to integrate in society. Throughout this work: series of reflections are developed to help us to delve into Emotional Education and the benefits that it brings to learning process. Also, different proposals are offered to achieve an affective education.
