Orientacions per al treball de l’autoestima i l’empatia en l’educació infantil

Abstract

[cat] Actualment l’escola és conscient que, a més d’educar la intel·ligència tradicional, cal desenvolupar l’ emocional. Dins d’aquesta, l’autoestima i l’empatia juguen un paper clau. La imatge i valoració positiva d’un mateix és fonamental en l’etapa d’infantil perquè és quan es comença a crear la pròpia personalitat i la capacitat de posar-se en el lloc de l’altre és essencial per a la vida en comunitat, característica d’una societat com la nostra. És per això que l’escola ha de tenir un paper actiu en l’educació de l’autoestima i empatia però, moltes vegades, els docents, tot i tenir clara la importància d’aquest fet, no saben molt bé com portar-lo a terme. Per facilitar la tasca docent en aquest sentit, a banda del marc teòric referent, s’ofereix informació de caire pràctic sobre metodologia, activitats i pautes d’avaluació en quant a l’empatia i l’autoestima en educació infantil.

[eng] Currently, school is aware that, in addition to educating the traditional intelligence, it also must develop emotional intelligence. Within this, self-esteem and empathy play a key role. A positive image of oneself is fundamental to children's stage, because it is when they start to create their own personality and the ability to put themselves in the place of others is essential to community life, characteristic of a society like ours. That is why the school should have an active role in the education of self-esteem and empathy, but often teachers, despite having clearly the importance of this fact, don’t know very well how to carry it out. To facilitate the teaching, apart from the theoretical reference frame work, it provides information about methodology of practical nature, activities and evaluation guide lines regarding empathy and self-esteem in childhood education.
