L’educació socioemocional en la primera infància

[cat] L’educació socioemocional és un aspecte fonamental a treballar amb els infants. Això es degut a que les emocions formen part de les nostres vides des del moment del naixement i tenen un paper essencial en la construcció de la personalitat. L’educació de les emocions proporciona a l’alumne eines per la construcció del seu desenvolupament integral, així com habilitats i capacitats per resoldre conflictes de forma positiva, expressar i regular les pròpies emocions. En aquest cas, ens hem centrat en el segon cicle d’Educació Infantil, concretament en el curs de P3. El present treball consta de dues parts, en la primera es farà un recull de les diverses teories que suporten l’educació de les emocions, mentre que en la segona es farà una proposta educativa amb activitats diverses per treballar durant tot un curs.

[eng] Socioemotional education is a fundamental aspect to take into account when working with children. This is due to the fact that emotions are part from our lives from birth and they have an essential paper in the formation of the personality. The education of the emotions provides the student with tools to develop fully as well as skills and capabilities to solve conflicts positively, express and regulate emotions of oneself. In this case, we have focused on the second cycle of childhood education, particularly with three year old children. This project consists of two parts, the first one is a collection of diverse theories that support the emotional education whereas in the second part will be an educational proposal with diverse activities to work with for a whole year.
