La Proposta Som-Ric per a prevenir la baixa autoestima dels infants de tres a sis anys

Abstract

[cat] Aquest treball fa un anàlisi general de l'educació socioemocional a l'Educació Infantil, i profunditza fins arribar a un dels pilars bàsics de la formació de l'infant, tant a nivell personal com d'aprenentatge: l'autoestima. Tenint en compte la quantitat de noves teories i estratègies que estan sorgint al voltant de l'educació emocional, el treball pretén centrar-se en aquest concepte i ser una proposta que combina la teoria amb activitats pràctiques per dur a terme a les aules. Es centra en metodologies que ofereixen una educació de qualitat per tots els infants afavorint així aspectes tan importants com l'autoconcepte, l'autoconeixement, la seguretat, el control de les emocions, la coneixença de l'estat emocional i l'empatia entre altres. En definitiva, l'objectiu del treball és donar la importància que es mereix a l'autoestima com a base per a treballar la resta d'emocions, i aportar recursos didàctics i estratègies aplicables a l'aula.

[eng] This study is a general analysis of the state of the childhood's socio-emotinal education looking in depth at the basic keys of the formation of the child, both personally and learning: the self-esteem. The study takes into account the current theories and strategies that are emerging around the emotional education and it aims to focus on the concept of being a proposal that combines theory with practical activities carried out in the classroom. It focuses on methods that provide a quality education for all children and promoting important aspects such as self-concept, self-awareness, security, control emotions, emotional state of knowledge and empathy among others. Ultimately, the goal of the study is given the importance it deserves esteem as a key to work other emotions and provide educational resources and strategies applicable to the classroom.
