El període d’adaptació i les percepcions dels docents

[cat] Amb aquest treball el que es vol arribar a aconseguir és que tant pares com docents tinguin una idea clara del que és el període d’adaptació i la importància d’aquest en edats tan primerenques. Hem de fer-los saber que aquesta és una etapa en la qual els infants s’enfronten a un nou món en el qual tot és nou per a ells, des de les persones que s’encarreguen del seu benestar i de la seva educació fins l’espai que l’envolta. Per això cal remarcar la importància del període d’adaptació, en el qual es dedica un temps exclusivament per a l’infant. D’altra banda, em va parèixer molt important extreure les percepcions de diferents docents entorn aquest tema, que és el que ells pensen, com s’ha de treballar i com es viu amb els infants i amb les famílies, un punt molt important i del qual mai ens hem d’oblidar, ja que són un pilar fonamental en l’educació dels infants.

[eng] The aim of this project is that both teachers and parents have a clear idea of the adaptation period and the importance of it at early ages. They have to be aware of the fact that this is a stage when children face a whole new world full of new experiences, from the ones who take care of them and educate them to the surroundings. For this reason, it is necessary to stress the importance of the adaptation period, in which some time is exclusively devoted to the child. Apart from this, I found it very important to extract different perceptions around this topic from different teachers, what are their thoughts, how to work and how they live with these children and their families, a very important fact we should never forget about, since it is an essential pilar in children's education.
