Les relacions família i escola en Educació Infantil

Abstract

[cat]La comunicació família-escola és una eina fonamental per tal d’aconseguir una educació de qualitat. Mitjançant la comunicació s’intercanvien informacions rellevants sobre el procés d’aprenentatge dels infants. Aquesta comunicació permet que escola i família vagin cap un mateix camí. És important cuidar tots els escenaris de comunicació i de relació, entrades i sortides, tutories, contacte diari. Per tant, els docents han de treballar les seves habilitats i estratègies comunicatives, ja que s’utilitzen diàriament quan es posen en contacte amb les famílies. Tenint en compte la importància de la comunicació i les relacions, he realitzat un treball de camp en el qual he observat les habilitats i les estratègies de la tutora de 5 anys del CEIP Sa Graduada. En el present treball he enfocat les fonts teòriques més rellevants sobre les relacions i la comunicació, i a partir d’aquestes he realitzat un anàlisi de les observacions que he dut a terme durant dos mesos.

[eng]Communication between family and school is an essential tool in order to achieve a quality education. Relevant information on the learning process of children is exchanged through communication. This allows the school and the family to go in the same direction. It is important to pay attention to all communication and relationship situations: entrances and exits, tutorials, daily contact. Therefore, teachers have to work on their communication skills and strategies, since they are used daily at the moment of getting in touch with families. Taking into account the importance of communication and relationships, I have done a field work in which I have observed the skills and strategies of the 5-year tutor of CEIP Sa Graduada. In the current paper I have focused on the most relevant theoretical sources on relations and communication, and starting from these I have done an analysis of the observations that I have carried out for two months.
