La comunicació espontània amb les famílies a les aules d'Educació Infantil

Abstract

[cat]Les entrades i sortides són un moment de comunicació entre la mestra i les famílies. Aquí, s’intercanvien informació breu i rellevant sobre els infants i, a més, permet un contacte diari. Per a que es pugui donar una bona comunicació, les mestres han de partir d’una escolta activa i han de tenir unes estratègies i recursos comunicatius. Gràcies a les entrades i sortides relaxades, les mestres poden donar una atenció individualitzada als infants. A partir de l’elaboració d’un marc teòric, he realitzat un treball de camp on he analitzat els temes més significatius sobre les entrades i sortides a les aules del CEIP Robines a Binissalem. Aquestes dades les he extret a partir d’observacions i entrevistes a les tres tutores d’Educació Infantil i qüestionaris a les famílies.

[eng]The entrances and exits are a time of communication between the teacher and the families. Here, brief and relevant information is exchanged about children and, in addition, allows for a daily contact. To be able to provide good communication, teachers have to have an active listening and also, have to have strategies and communication resources. Thanks to the entrances and exits relaxed, the teachers can give individualized attention to children. From the development of a theoretical framework, I have done a field work where I have analyzed the most significant topics about the entrances and exits at the classrooms of the school CEIP Robines in Binissalem. These data I have extracted from observations and interviews with the three teachers of early childhood education and questionnaires to families.
