Música i emocions; dos conceptes clau per treballar a l'Educació Infantil a partir d'una proposta didàctica

Abstract

[cat] La música i l’educació emocional són dos conceptes clau i estretament lligats en els primers anys de vida dels infants i en el seu desenvolupament integral. Són molts els beneficis que aquests aporten a la seva vida si es comencen a introduir d’una forma constant, adequada i conscient a l’Educació Infantil. Mitjançant la música, es poden treballar diferents àrees d’una forma més dinàmica i significativa, ja que forma part del seu dia a dia, directa o indirectament. L’objectiu d’aquest treball és contextualitzar la importància de la música i de les emocions en l’etapa d’educació infantil i l’estreta relació que guarden ambdós conceptes, partint d’una proposta didàctica destinada a infants d’entre quatre i sis anys, a on interioritzin a través de la música el reconeixement, la gestió i la canalització de les seves pròpies emocions.

[eng] Music and emotional education are two clear and closely linked concepts in the first years of children's life and in their integral development. There are many benefits that they bring to their lives if they are introduced in a constant, adequate and conscious way in early childhood education. With music, different areas can be worked in a more dynamic and meaningful way, since it is part of their daily life, directly or undirectly. The aim of this work is to contextualize the importance of music and emotions in early childhood education and the closely related concepts between them, part of a didactic proposal aimed at children between four and seven years old, to internalize through music the recognition, management and channeling of their own emotions.
