L'educació emocional a les aules de Primària. Recursos per treballar l'educació emocional a l'educació artística, l'educació musical i l'educació física

Abstract

[cat] El propòsit d’aquest treball de recerca és donar a conèixer la importància i la necessitat d'implementar l’educació emocional a les aules d’Educació Primària. En aquest, s’investiga al voltant de propostes que s’han portat a terme en algunes escoles, quina ha estat l’eficàcia d’aquests programes i la visió dels mestres amb relació a l’educació emocional. En el present treball també es proporcionen argumentacions de referents teòrics que ajuden a complementar les idees principals amb relació a l’educació emocional. A més a més, es presenta una proposta didàctica que ajudarà a mestres i educadors a poder portar a terme iniciatives a l’aula que tractin temes relacionats amb les emocions i que possibilitin el benestar dels i les alumnes a l’escola. L'objectiu d’aquesta proposta és aportar recursos als mestres per poder atendre totes les necessitats dels seus alumnes, atenint-nos a l’educació en emocions per tal que aquests puguin situar-se al món que els envolta de la forma més positiva possible, donant-los l’oportunitat de conèixer-se a si mateixos i de desenvolupar-se aprenent de les seves relacions amb els altres i els seus sentiments.

[eng] The purpose of this research work is to make known the importance and the need to implement emotional education in Primary Education classrooms. In this, we investigate proposals that have been carried out in some schools, what has been the effectiveness of these programs and the vision of the teachers in relation to emotional education. The present work also provides arguments from theoretical references that help to complement the main ideas in relation to emotional education. In addition, there is a didactic proposal that will help teachers and educators to be able to carry out initiatives in the classroom that deal with topics related to emotions and that enable the well-being of students at school. The aim of this proposal is to provide resources to teachers to be able to attend to all the needs of their students, attending to education in emotions so that they can place themselves in the world around them in the most positive way possible, giving them the opportunity to know themselves and to develop by learning from their relationships with others and their feelings.
